Thanks, i've been looking for a better deal and a great working detector to post-install in Indianapolis used cars, this seems to be a great piece that is easy to hide.

2002 e46 325i trunk switch?
for some reason the trunk switch under the dash and the button on the trunk aren't working, but the button on the key works fine for opening the trunk... can anyone help?
headliner console area
What if I don't have the headliner console area. I've just got the light hole. None of the light wires is hot all the time. Where do I get +12V from? Thx, cheerz

where can i buy a junction box like the one shown in the picture above... Thanks, John
radar detector install
xxxi custom built some 'blocks' to lower the right visor about half an inch. then i shoved the valentine one above the visor. I ran the telephone wire down along the window column, tapped into the fuse box in the glove compartment, and then ran from there to the center console, where i put the remote display in the cigarette ash compartment. completely hidden from all views, you'd have to look for it to find it (thieves and cops). works absolutely perfectly.
